Missing Reed Sticks in Online Order

I ordered a Jo Malone diffuser from Macy’s online, but it arrived without the reed sticks. Without the reed sticks, the diffuser is completely unusable. For a premium-priced product, this was very disappointing. I expected better quality control from both Macy’s and Jo Malone. I hope Macy’s can send the missing reed sticks as soon as possible.

The 10 reeds was missing from the product

The new set of 10 reeds was missing from the product. I tried contacting customer service through live chat, but the connection kept dropping and no one followed up or resolved the issue promptly. Please send the missing reeds as soon as possible.

Awesome diffuser

Awesome set. Scent diffuses quickly and strong so maybe don’t use all the reeds but it is a nice problem to have esp compared to others that barely smell at all! I love the smell too.
