Not what I expected

This is a limited edition the stick inside should be beige like what is showed on the picture, but when I open it is black, I been put it in my room for many days, but every time I enter the room I can’t smell anything’s

No Scent - where is the scent?

So disappointed with this diffuser -my favorite fragrance, but there is absolutely NO scent. So bad, I called JO Malone. All the other fragrance diffuer scents are Super SCENTED.
