Favorite Jo Malone fragrance!

This lotion absorbs right into the skin and the smell isn't too overpowering but lasts all day. Great to layer with a different Jo Malone fragrance or match with the same.

Presentation not fit for a gift

I have been a customer for at least 10 years and have always been very happy with items purchased for myself and as gifts due to the products themselves but also the beautiful gift wrapping. I purchased this as a gift for a family member's 80th birthday and selected the option for gift wrapping, but my item arrived without gift wrapping, no Jo Malone branded box or ribbon, padded only by paper in the cardboard delivery box. I feel really disappointed at this as without the well recognised gift packaging, it devalues the gift and makes it look like I have made less of an effort for this very special birthday than previous birthdays where the family member received a Jo Malone gift with gift packaging. I do not think I will be ordering online again as a result of this service.
