No reeds in the package. Had to return.

Package delivered without reeds. Customer service was not able to schedule a pick-up service for the return. I need to drop it off at UPS to return. Disappointed by inconvenience.

I feel robbed

I've been a JM home products user for quite some time and never been disappointed, until this. The diffuser is as expected in terms of aesthetics however it just doesn't work at all. I tried different rooms, waiting, different placements and nothing. Originally bought it to go with hand wash and a candle if the same fragrance, for a bathroom. I still cannot believe how poor this is. You can't smell anything whatsoever. I feel robbed.
