One major improvement needed, wider shoulder straps!

I have to give this bra a 3 ⭐ because for us bigger busted gals the shoulder straps are far too thin. They cut into our shoulders quite painfully. Please make the shoulder straps much wider for us, because I love the rest of the bra, oh also it would be better if it had an adjustable hook and loop closure as well. Please get your design team on this, P.S. if you need a fit model for us larger gals I am right here in Kenosha, WI.

Wish pads were sewn in.

The fabric is soft and lovely, adjustable straps add perfect fit, but removable pads are difficult to properly adjust and as a woman who desperately needs a bit of added shape, this is a negative.
