Change in jockey briefs

I purchased these for my son and he stated that the sewing inside the pocket rubs badly and they must be returned. He and my husband have both worn Jockey for years. Why do they always change what people like?

Really nice but...

The underwear are really nice. The only complaint my husband had is that the support pouch could stand to be a little more tight. It seems to be a little loose. Otherwise, the fabric, stitching, and quality are very good and he would give it 5 stars except for the loose support pouch.
