Damaged/Scratched Earrings

Received damaged earrings. Quality checks are lacking at Macy’s because we also received the wrong size (XXXL when we ordered Medium) leggings as well as other damaged items…the hassle of returning things we needed in a timely manner is really inconvenient! Will not be purchasing from Macy’s again.
