Nice pants but short inseam

The pants had a very good fit, but the inseam was about 2 inches too short for me. I even checked with customer service before placing the order and she said, its 36" inseam ? But actually its more like a 31"-32" inseam, otherwise, I would recommend for others to buy, if this Nice pants but short inseam is your size?
