Return was a huge problem

The jacket was way too big. As it was a birthday gift, I did not give it right away and once we realized it was too big, I tried to return it and when we took it back to our Macy's, they told me that it surpassed the 30 day time limit for 3rd party items and that I had to deal with them and send it back through UPS/Mail, etc I did not realize I was purchasing from a 3rd party. I thought I was purchasing from Macy's. After asking to speak to the manager, they finally, agreed to take care of the return for me, but suggested I read the fine print closer whenever I purchased from Macy's online. I was really saddened because I have shopped on Macy's online for YEARS and have always been happy and returns were so easy.

Very bad bad customer service

I was overcharged then it took three weeks to get my order. Nobody wanted to help me at Macy’s very bad will be my last time buying anything for you guys.
