Horrible customer service nobody cares

Overpriced was charged to miles trying to contact Macy’s. They wouldn’t help me. The customer service is horrible.

This is a great, well-made, high-quality product. The jacket is a little bigger than my other size 52 jackets in different brands. You may want to consider ordering one size smaller when purchasing this brand.
