Awesome!!!

I bought this about a month ago, today I used it for the first time. Let me tell you that they cooked perfect!! Easy to change the cooking plates and easy to wash. The grease ran down into the grease tray which was great and easy to dispose of. Way to go Johnsonville!! The perfect indoor grill for sure!!!

Works good, but drip tray melted.

Part number is listed in the manual, but I can't find anywhere that sells it.

I have bought my last rope of your sausage. It use to be a one pound package. Then you went down to 141/2 ounces. Now you're down to 10 ounces. Last straw. It's not much bigger than a hot dog now. Bye,Bye.

Hi, We are more than happy to assist you but we are not sure exactly what product you are referring to. Our Rope Sausages are 13.5 oz. They were never 16 ounces. Our sausage links, 6 links in a zip lock package are not 10 ounces. Please call our Customer Service Team at 888-556-2728 for further assistance.

No Maple

The packaging said had maple flavor in the sausage. Well when I cooked it, It didn't smell like maple then I did eat it , it didn't taste like maple. I read every thing put in it guess what NO MAPLE in it what is that??? I was not happy about that. That is why I am only giving it three stars.

Sausage Patties

Cooked two packages of your sausage patties this morning. What happened to the fat? These things are dry as a bone, feel like cardboard, and have very little flavor. You can do better.

The product you described does not sound like our normal product. The amount of fat we use in the formulation of our was tested and perfected with the help of our many consumers. The amount of fat that is used in this product is continuously and carefully controlled through this standard formulation. Your comments have been forwarded to our Manufacturing and Quality Enhancement Teams to make them aware of this concern. We are currently reviewing our processing records to determine what may have caused this inconsistency in this product.

time bomb

well this grill decided to scare my wife half to death when then lid popped and the latch broke into pieces . we have both grills the btg 500 , which is the one that cooks the breakfast sausage .and its the one that popped . we have had the other grill much longer and never have had any problems .

Excellent brats used the brat cooker.

I have always cooked the Brats on a BBQ but with all the rain we bought the Johnsonville Brat cooker it works great but I think the cooker could have made the places for the Brats a tad larger, my wife like another brand of Brat and they are a smaller size but the Johnsonville Brats are a tad big for this cooker but still a great taste, and easy to clean..
