Barrett Zip-top Boot

This is a good option where a dress shoe does not provide enough traction and warmth for winter weather, but you can't wear an actual snow boot. The lug sole works well on slippery surfaces and the weather seems durable enough for wet conditions, but this boot still looks good enough to wear in office setting.
