Color not the same as photo

This is more about Macys ‘Last Act’ quality check rather that the product itself. Fit is OK. Little narrow in middle, but that will expand and this type of leather shoe will mold around. The issue is: Not the same color as advertised. The color that came in is camel and picture is espresso. Now I got to sit hear and with an extra pair of shoes in my closet because you won’t send me the right color? This is why you can’t trust ‘Last Act’ online. Last time I ordered ‘Last Act’ online they sent me a size 7 in mens when I asked for an 8.5. Then they refused to take it back or exchange. This is why I will be closing my Macys CC and distancing myself unless you change this relationship. You don’t care to make things right. These are legit complaints and you tell me you don’t care. I pay for a product then you’re supposed to deliver that product I purchased. This is not supposed to be a mystery box order concept.

THE ANCKLE OPENING OF THE BOOT IS VERY SMALL

The boot ankle opening is extremely small and tight, you can't put your foot inside

Live and learn

Cant even get them on. Shaft is too narrow and toe is too pointed. Since they are non refundable I am just out of luck. When I bought the web site never said they were non-refundable.
