Good looking boots

Nice looking but a slightly funny fit for my foot. They gave gotten better, but I still don't love them, I like them, but don't love them.

NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE

Never received the item. It was a gift and it was delivered to another state according to the email sent to me. Needless to say I will never order online from this store again. Then when I tried to get my money back I was online with customer service for hour talking with someone I could barely understand.

Order these boots for my husband. He loved them and the comfort. You can dress up or down!

Do better!

The shoes themselves are great quality and made in Brazil. Johnston and Murphy make a great dress boot and super comfortable. However they arrived with a scuff on the inside of one of the heels and other random scuffs. I was able to fix them a bit with shoe polish. Macy’s would not do an online exchange and stated that I had to go to a store. Considering the store doesn’t have them I would have to make 2 trips to exchange, and then to pick up the new pair when they came in. Also the price went up so I couldn’t do a refund and re-purchase. Macy’s should change this policy and do a direct online exchange if the item doesn’t fit, or arrives damaged. Also it was extremely difficult to get an actual agent on the chat. The chat agent even ended the conversation prematurely and I was sent a link to a survey. Do better Macy’s.

Breaking Them In

I've only worn them 4 times so far. At first they seemed a little tight. but after the third time waering them, the shoe felt a little more comfortable, Espeacialy around the heels. They add about two inches to height, and become plyable when worn after a few time. You just have to break them in.
