The original Venetian Moc did not have the cross hatch pattern on the toe. It was smooth like the rest of the shoe. These shoes look very much like the original but they are not the same shoe. These do not fit like the original, run small and the cross hatch pattern tends to get dirty very easily. I still have the original pair I bought and they are far superior.

Absolutely LOVE these shoes!
I have worn these shoes basically everyday for the past 2 or 3 years and it's time for a new pair. They are incredibly comfortable and well made!

Comfortable shoes for walking
I purchased this pair of shoes with the intent to do a lot of walking on a five week trip. They did not disappoint. The shoes held up well, the were lightweight and still very comfortable after hours of walking.

Consistent Quality
I’ve been buying these shoes for years. The style is always tweaked slightly but the quality and comfort are consistent . These are a staple for spring, summer, and fall. Worth the price. Size is always snug until a couple of wears as they break in nicely. Only took 2 days to get here, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great Slip On!
Great light weight shoe with super soft memory foam cushioning. Even better than J&M shoes is their customer service Dept. There was a small issue with the fabric on one shoe and they gladly replaced them with another pair, without charging me for the second pair while waiting for the returned pair. I have 15 pairs of a J&M shoes in my closet and have been wearing them since my first Corp job in the mid 90’s. They always deliver good quality, fashionable shoes with a a first class customer service Dept.

Good looking cashual shoes!!
I bought these shoes for my husband who is quite picky and turned out he likes them. The shoes are better looking than on the web site!! These are very classy and stylish for cashual shoes. I particularly like the tone of grey which is perfect , not too dark or too light. So far, my husband says, they are comfortable especially when worn with the pads on. I'm very happy with my purchase. I may order another pair in beige. Thank you for the great service.

Just to switch up after 3 consecutive pairs of McGuffy
My husband says they are uper comfortable. Visually, I prefer the lower vamp of the McGuffy. These are very nude in color, but will be fine for summer. I wouldn’t mind if it were slightly darker. I like to keep a few pair of casual shoes in the rotation. IMO athletic shoes are for the gym and flip flops are strictly for the beach:). I love to see a man in good shoes.

Great casual shoe
