Great working show

I recently purchased the burgundy and a black pair. The shoe is super comfortable and great for people that have to wear suits and work outdoors I could wear them for 8 to 10 hours and my feet feel great. The shoe is a little heavy.

Heels are too low

This shoe is tough to keep on your feet because the heel height doenst control your foot. Too bad.

Heal Came off first day

I love the fit of the shoe and I own several XC Flex models of shoes. But the rubber part heal barely got caught on something and it started separating from the heal the first day I wore them. I was traveling and had to wear them as is. This is the first time I have ever had this happen with a J&M shoe. I was not happy with this quality.
