Poor Craftsmanship - Squeaks with Every Step

The shoes styling is nice; however, the shoes are rather difficult to put on due to the limited ability to spread open and for my pair the left shoes heel squeaks with every step to the point I literally don't wear them. So the one start is cause I have new shoes that I don't want to wear :(

Leather is stiff, color accent is inconsistent

The leather and the ankle area are stiffer than other J&M shoe's I have purchased in the past. The darkness of the dark highlight is visibily darker on one shoe than the other. The pattern of the dark spray on the top of the wingtip is off on one of the shoes.

Perfect for a black tie event

My man loves JM shoes because they fit his feet so well and are comfy. And i am dragging him to a black tie event. He is wearing all black with these shoes in black. The patent leather dresses them up enough. The sneaker style keeps them fun and fresh. The white sole is an unexpected contrast that looks great. But most of all, my man will be comfortable in the brand of shoes that fit him well.
