Great shoes

Extremely handsome shoe, received promptly. The reports about getting the shoelaces in are real, just expect to expend a little effort. I had been looking for quite a while for a very nice pair of dress shoes with leather soles and this definitely fits the bill. would buy again.

Yes you can still get well made shoes!

You guys still provide a well made product at a reasonable price. Most "dress" shoes have cheap glued rubber soles and wear out rapidly. With proper care yours last and last. Well done.

Something is different

Not the same shoe. Have been wearing Meltons for 25 years almost every day. Typically, I take them out of the box and wear with zero issues. Newest pair had a cushion insole (new) and inside of the shoe tore my foot apart in less than an hour. Blisters. Bad.

Website misinformation

Twice ordered 11.5 Wide and was shipped 3E extra wide. Needed the shoes for an important meeting with my senior management. Dispute numerous assurances to get the order right the second time the wrong size was sent. Adding insult to injury I got an email today offering me a third set! Customer service fail.

Disappointed

Specifically ordered a pair of 11.5 Wide shoes at the store and waited a week to pick them up. Arrived to find they had shipped 3E, which is way too wide even for me. They took them back for a return and resubmitted the order. After having to deal with the store and even they were put on hold by customer service - I have low faith that this will end well.
