Pilled immediately

One wear and it's already pilling. I mistakenly thought that Jones would have been more thoughtful about fiber content, and offered a product that was more durable. It just confirmed for me that it's best to stay away from synthetic fiber sweaters unless you're willing to replace your wardrobe every season. It's a shame; it fits nicely, and is a lovely gray.

The description online says machine washable. The instructions in the sweater say hand wash.

Nice sweater but not as described online

This is a really nice, soft sweater, but the online description does not match the actual item. "Smoke heather" online looks like oatmeal, but in person it is medium-dark gray (which is a nice color). I returned it because the online description states it is a cotton/poly blend and is machine washable, but the sweater's tag states it is acrylic blend and hand wash/flat dry. It was a gift for someone who requires easy washing clothes. If it were for me, I would have kept it because it is really nice and a good price at 50% off.
