Macy’s customer service is so bad! I didn’t receive my order, trucking shows UPS didn’t get my package. I contact Macy’s chat twice, I was told they can’t do anything, just let me wait for 10days. I work as a customer service in a big company too, we never treat our customer like that. Macy’s very disappoint me this time. I will never shopping with Macy’s again.

Awful Customer Service
This review has to do with Macy’s dreadful customer service. I ordered this jacket on June 1, today is June 23, but it has not yet been mailed out. I have tried to speak to someone about it but I can’t get to speak to a real person. I went into Macy’s and the customer service person told me it was on its way. I really want this jacket but have given up on ever receiving it. This is so frustrating.

Jacket exceeds expectations!
I hesitated to buy this, thinking I didn't need a jeans jacket. I thought well I can take it back, so I bought it. I love this jacket! The jacket design is classic; the stitching is smart looking. It's a jeans jacket and so much more. I've gotten second looks and compliments on it. Good stretch to it too. I wear it both to dress down and dress up. Give it a try!

Perfect new style!
I’ve been looking for a collarless version of denim jacket. This has some just right stretch. Bought my usual size PS. Perfect fit: length, sleeves, buttoned up or open. Although I usually wear a petite small (think denim with a little stretch), the eyelet had no stretch and the petite M fit perfectly…even sleeve length!!

I like the no-collar look to this jacket
I like the collarless look on this jacket, and that's why I purchased it. I recently gained a few pounds and wasn't sure that a P/XS would still fit me, but because the material is stretchy, it's fine. The jacket has two front pockets, but I would have been happier if it had side pockets, instead.
