Festive Blouse

Pretty blouse for the holiday season. Can be worn with a variety of bottoms to dress up or down. Fit is true to size or a tad on the smaller side. (i wear a 2X and the fit is more 18 than 20.) I saw this item in early Sept and finally ordered when it was on sale recently.
