Heels

I was excited that I was able to get them in s timely manner, but disappointed at the quality. My daughter is graduated May 12th with a BA in psychology and this was her 1st set of heels. They had some light scuff marks and light scratches. This was not what I was expecting. We choose the online option because Macy's only pair was the display and I didn't want her to have a pair that were samples for others to try. This made me very sad

Inconsistent color, scratches

I found this burgundy shoe at Macy’s (in person) and loved it but they did not have my size. I ordered it, and when opening the delivered shoe, the color was COMPLETELY OFF! It is way darker, almost like a dark plum color instead of a REDDISH burgundy like in the store. It also has scuffs, which really stand out on the patent leather shiny ish material. Will be returning

I will not recommend this item

I think the shoes looks nice it was tight on one foot and the other foot the strap kept coming off which was annoying
