Great shoes but run big

I am size 91/2 but sometimes I but 10 if I want to be a bit more confortable. But with this pair the 9/12 size is too big for me. maybe it’s a 10 1/2 because is too lose. I hope they have a 9 so I can exchange them.

Beautiful shoes

Beautiful shoes but the heel is 4” not 3.5 as stated and unfortunately, they will be returned.
