PLAID JACKET NEVER RECIEVED.

I nevervreceived the proper product, but. CHARGED for shipping and DID NOT get the REFUNDED when i brought the Incorrect Jacket bk to Macys store in Newington, NH. The manager of the womens department did a look up and said that whoever picked the item,picked it incorrectly and i paid extra for shippping at a quicker rate, and the item also arrived late. It would be nice to recoup the shipping charge and maybe time i spent driving over 30 minutes to bring back item to the store
