Noisy shoes

Love the look and they are very comfortable. My only issue with this boot is the noise—they crackle when you walk. Not sure if it is the zipper on the inside of the boot or the heel. Aside from that, I do like these.

Poor quality

I buy those boots from Macy's website last year ,end of season. I can't wear them because right one make noise when i walking ( squik, very annoying). I am past return date so I don't know what to do. I try everything I find online to fix issue but nothing works.
