Darling shoe I do not have

This is an absolutely darling shoe that I really wanted to keep. It was comfortable; however, the heel height is over 2" and I could not walk in it. When I returned it to Macy's, the sales associate charged me for it rather than crediting it. I questioned her regarding it. It shows up as a charge on my statement and I have no recourse. I have paid and have no shoes.

Runs large

Bought the pair of shoe online and hence ordered my size however it was too big and I could not walk. Had to return. I would suggest to buy a size smaller. Else, the shoe seems comfortable and look wise is chunky (if you like this style- go for it)
