item does not fit correctly and bad customer

this blouse does not fit correctly in the shoulders, I try to returned the item I was not allowed to returned both items in this order do not fit correctly. When I went to the store, i was told to give them away. I will not purchase another item from Macy's again. these items were purchase online and I did not had the benefits to tried them on.
