Dissapointed and Annoyed

What I recieved, even tho UPC code matched, is NOT A FUNNEL NECK. The ROUND neck is bound with same gray binding as the hem and sleeves. It is on it's way back to Macy's. CSR is sure the replacement will be as ordered. I doubt it, since the UPC code on tag of sweater I received matches the code on the pictured FUNNEL neck. I did not realize that JNY ownership had changed.
