The description I purchased “This Jones New York one button jacket” the blazer that arrived is open, does not have a button or a button hole. Definitely not the look I wanted. Wrong jack or wrong description?

Good quality blazer however no buttons and not a boyfriend look. It’s more professional great staple black blazer. True to size as well.

UPS left item at wrong house.

I can't rate the item. UPS left my packages (this jacket and 3 pair of shoes) at the wrong house. It has been a major headache dealing with UPS. Macys thankfully refunded my money and I hope Macys will issue a claim against UPS. UPS would not even allow me to file a claim. Customer service is dead in the U.S.
