Jones New York printed smock waist

Beautiful dress. I am wondering what to do with it. The problem is that is that the top of the dress is too tight on my bust. On the waist and down fits perfect. I was wondering if removing the cover will get looser on the top. Please help and advise me. The dress can’t be returned. Thanks

STOP THE PERFUME

The dress was lovely, but the color shown online is very pretty. When it arrived, it is a bright orange, not a good color for me at all. Quite loud. But here's the real problem with everything I order at Macy's now. They put perfume inserts in every package. I am going to stop ordering since every item smells of the perfume. I have allergies and even my husband who doesn't have allergies asked me why I'm suddenly wearing so much perfume. It takes a long time for us to get rid of the scent - it's so strong. STOP SENDING PERFUME MACY'S or you'll lose a lot of customers including me!
