Received wrong item

Instead of this colorful top, I was sent an ugly beige and black top that wasn't even the same style. To add insult to injury, it wasn't a "mistake". The receipt had a note written on it that said my item was out of stock so they replaced it with something else. So now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. This is unacceptable!

This top has beautiful fall colors that you can match so many colors with. Black, brown, green or a nice pair of black jeans. You can dress this top up or down. Fit is perfect and flattering. I know what I’m wearing Thanksgiving day!! Perfect for fall!
