Scammers???

NEVER DID RECEIVE PACKAGE,WENT TO POST OFFICE THIS MORNING 12-9-25, AND THEY SAID THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER MAILED, THAT SOMEONE AT MACYS SCANNED IT BUT NEVER MAILED IT, AND THEN MACYS TELLS ME THEY DONT KNOW WHERE THE PACKAGE IS, AND IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 11-23-25 FOR THIS PACKAGE, NOW YOU TELL ME IF THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
