the material is rough, (I could even feel the material on the collar prickling on my neck )the pile is in one direction. the coat arrived folded in half and the material was wrinkled on that folded line so that I could not straighten it with an iron or steam. I returned this beautiful coat

Bad order

The one star is not for the coat itself. It's because I kept getting the wrong size and had to keep going to the store to return it. (Twice!) If only the stores would have just carried the coats in them instead of me having to order on line and then having to return them each time I never did get the coat.
