Nice Jones tunic

I bought this for cool weather. I have a lot of Jones New York and wear a size 14, Large. Felt confident I could buy it online as Final Sale. This one is smaller in the chest so moving both arms forward is tighter than usual and if it wasn’t final sale, I would exchange it for a XL. I feel it is on the size 12 end of the size large range.
