Not as pictured

In the photo, the dress does NOT have a ruffle. It has a band around the bottom, and that’s what makes it cute. The actual dress has a ruffle. I would not have ordered it had the photo shown a ruffle. Very disappointing. It also fit poorly, loose around the arm holes, tight at the bust.
