Disappointed

The item never arrived. It was charged immediately and the updated “tracking” information was never accurate. Customer service has no actual control over the items shipped so there was no accountability for the item. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the item I ordered but despite emails suggesting it’s processing and delivery it was never a real order. Beware buying online from Macys is a 3rd party.
