Poor quality….nice bag but baby it or it will be trashed within a couple of months

They are nice but really poor quality.I’ve owned about 4 over the last 15 years and the stitching came loose on all of them . One of them …the top part where the zipper is starting coming apart …I had a huge whole witching a purple of weeks of getting it …waste of money . They never improve in quality either , no matter how many years you wait to buy a new one . Spending good money for a bag that falls apart because they don’t want to put time into making it durable. It’s a sales scheme to get you to buy all their latest designs in my opinion…

Other than the two little pencil holders on the backpack straps falling off from faulty factory stitching (I assume), great book bag and good sale on it on this website.

Don’t waste your money.

Better quality…cheaply made and return policy made it impossible to return this item.

Don’t buy it

I bought it two month’s ago for my 11 years old son, now he cannot use it any more because the straps torn. I tried to return it or replace it because it is not cheap but unfortunately the return window was closed.

Excellent quality, very comfortable

My 14 year old son says this is the most comfy backpack he has ever used! The straps and back have good padding and the straps are a good distance apart. There are several pockets which makes for good organization, and plenty of space for a high school student to carry a laptop, notebooks, pencils, calculator and all of the necessities. The leather at the bottom is thick and looks very durable so it won't rip out. There are water bottle pockets on each side as well. This backpack will be very useful for my son in school next year. I highly recommend this.

Ess backpack

This backpack is just what we needed. It’s got a real nice laptop compartment (laptop sleeve, if you will). Some smaller items can fit in the smaller compartment in the front. It’s got bottle pockets to ensure we can stay hydrated easily. Excellent design, great brand, we love it and would highly recommend it

THIS BACKPACK IS SUPER GREAT AND COMFORTABLE. THE MATERIAL IS LIKE LEATHER ON THE SIDES AND FRONT TOP POCKET THE REST IS LIKE VINAL. THIS BAG IS MADE VERY NICELY WITH PAYED ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I LOVE THIS BAG ITS SIZE LARGE Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
