not happy

So the top it’s self is lovely. Unfortunately when the top arrived in the mail with a store security tag on it. I rang the customer service. Zero support given only to be told I had to take it to a Macy’s store 25 mins away or a UPS store to return it when I don’t drive. Very unhappy customer. I recommend the produce but unhappy about not actually being able to use it.
