Bad Customer Service and Online Policy

I ordered this hat for my son in red and black. We received the red but never got the one in black and it keeps saying in transit. I lost track of checking. We have never received it. Today I called customer service they agreed that the hat may have been lost in transit but can’t process refund or credit because it pass 30days. Do NoT buy online if you can’t track your own shipment or Macys won’t be responsible refund you although you never receive the item. Very bad policy.

Great cap for boys!

My son loved his new cap! It fit him perfectly and was very comfortable to wear. It was a very nice shade of red too! I love that it doesn't have the clasp on the back which makes it comfortable for him to wear.
