So I never received this item. But the system thinks I did, cause it says i got a refund and to keep the item. I requested a cancelation 2 times . The 2nd time it was completed.
Disappointed
This was supposed to be a gift and it NEVER ARRIVED and I had to call to find out what was going on… would not have wasted my time or money if I would have known I couldn’t trust what I order to actually show up.

It never arrived don't waste ur money on ts. order was placed 10/21 was supposed to arrive 11/3 never did. I ordered something 10/22 and it came before it.

I would give this more stars if I had ever received it and if I hadn’t been the one that had to reach out to ask why I hadn’t received it and if I hadn’t then been told that it wasn’t stocked at the warehouse and so I wouldn’t be receiving it but would receive a refund. Would Macy’s had ever reached out to let me know this if I hadn’t called or would they have just wanted this review and kept my money?
Parcel not arrive yet.
I didn't got it.. where is my parcel ? My parcel on the way I can see in my Macy's app so how could you ask me about review?
