Disappointingly product

Previously bought JJ products and really liked them. However this one leaked when the drain was shut most disappointing.

Still waiting after 3 weeks

I’m still waiting for the bowl to go with my lovely drainer. Having emailed numerous times I have had no reply from Joseph Joseph. Very fed up & disappointed.

Easy to use and easy to store when not in use.

Really like this, it’s easy to use and fits my drainer perfectly. However, the spout underneath does keep falling off, but the product does still function without it.

Quality materials but not worth the premium

Nicely made with quality materials but for me still not worth the high premium. Takes up as much space as my old one but only takes half the dishes. Check orientation of drain hole, turned out to be wrong for us but that's my fault for not checking (no stars lost for my error).
