Wrong shoes, bad customer service!!!

First of all, they sent the wrong shoes... 🤬 Called customer service and like always they couldn't do anything beside s fake apologize. Basically lately it seems that Macy's the warehouse doesn't care what they ship. Very, very disappointed overall with the non service provided!!!

The shoes were never delivered

I cannot write a review I never received them. I reviewed one box but the shoes were never delivered unless someone took the package off the porch. One box was on the back patio but no shoes.
