sleeve cuff too tight

Love the drape of this jacket and it’s very soft. However, the sleeve cuff is too tight, no stretch, no elastic either. The fit on small and medium almost the same.

beautiful but…

Beautiful coat. Very soft. The pockets are off, they are too far back. The shoulder seams hang way down. Looks big and bulky. i’m returning.
