Wide-calf not wide enough and shoe runs large

I really liked this shoe, but unfortunately the calf was not wide enough. I have a 17" calf. Also, I usually wear a size 9. 5 or 10. I ordered a 10 and it was SO big. If it would have fit my calf, I would have had to order a 9.

Wrong shoes and size

They sent me a totally different style which was similar and not even the same size I ordered in a box with the label of the shoe I ordered. Now I have to go to the store to exchange... what a hassle

Not wide calf boots.

The circumference says 17”. My calves are 17” and these were way too small. Literally had 3” of space between the zipper. Too bad I will be returning to store. Side note, the material was not that great and most likely would easily tear on something sharp if rubbed against. The sole is very thin as well, with no cushion or support. I would not recommend.
