Beautiful shoe poorly made

I bought this shoe a couple months ago i think but I just recently bought an outfit to match them. I wore the shoes for the first time today. I received tons of compliments after all it’s a great looking shoe but when I got home I see it has a hole in the shoe like the thread just came undone. I am soooo disappointed
