They are a very nice boot. I normally wear an 8 or 81/2. Ordered the 81/2 and still too snug

Wrong color was sent

I ordered this boot in Vintage black and have my initial order receipt to prove it. I was shipped Vintage chocolate, and when I log into my online account it now says I ordered Vintage chocolate, even though my confirmation says otherwise. The virtual chat is of no help. I can return them but I really just want the item I actually ordered. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift. This is super disappointing!!!

Not cute in person

On real feet these look like real clodhoppers not cute boots. The "red" color is a muddy icky brown. The zippers on both sides of the shoe are unnecessary and make you look like you have Frankenstein like scars on your feet. There is cushioning in the foot bed but no arch support. Returned.
