poor design

I keep trying to find a dressy shoe to wear to my class reunion that I can actually stand in let alone walk in. The front straps of these shoes dig into the top of your foot, plus my little toe would not stay in. It poked through the two straps. If you are looking for comfort, any Journey shoe I’ve tried fails in comfort. Do the designers at this company ever actually test these shoes before manufacturing them? They need to start over as shoe designers.
