Very cute but need to return

I am a true size 10 with narrow feet but these boots were slightly too narrow. Hopefully there is a wide option or half sizes to exchange.

faulty zipper

Was excited to get these boots, problem is the zipper sticking. At first it took me 3 tries just to unzip them ,and when I was trying to zip them up / it sticks right at the ankles.. I started thinking 🤔 it could easily break, sadly I will be returning, plus I wasn’t aware that Macys doesn’t take back this brand/ you have to return to sender yourself/ I read the article about returns, wasn’t listed, Will be rethinking about what I buy online from Macys 😑
