very cute. but the heel piece fell off on first wa

These very cute. They are stiff, but that is to be expected. However, what I needed expect was to wear them to work and almost instantly have the bottom of the heel fall off. I had to walk around the rest of the day with uneven heels. There are no extra parts in the box.
