Cheaply and Poorly Made

The fake leather upper is very scratchy. The size on the bottom of the shoe reads 6.5 but the straps are much too loose and the foot bed is about 1 and a half inches longer than a typical 6.5. I did not choose to pay more for the return option, so I'm out the money. Journee has lost a customer. Cheat me once shame on you, cheat me twice shame on me.
